China

Selling sushi at RMB¥6 per plate, Sushi Express entered the China market in the five first-tier cities of Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Tianjin, and by 2015 has set up more than 50 conveyor belt restaurants in 14 cities including Dalian, Shenyang, Qingdao, Chengdu, Xiamen and Wuhan.

Singapore

Sushi Express entered the Singapore market with its affordable pricing of $1.50++ per plate, bringing in delicious, fresh and innovative product at a competitive price. This successfully differentiates Sushi Express from other Japanese restaurants in Singapore and now has more than 20 outlets island wide.

Taiwan

After more than 22 years in the market, Sushi Express has become synonym with conveyor belt sushi in Taiwan - well known for its offering of quality and fresh sushi at NT$30 per plate.

Hong Kong

Sushi Express took a different approach when entering the Hong Kong market. Sushi Express opened its doors to Hong Kong consumers in 2010 with a more take-out focused due to the city island’s fast paced nature. You can find a Sushi Express outlet in almost every 2 Metro Stations away.

Thailand

Sushi Express entered the Thailand market in 2015 and within 3 years, it grew into 7 outlets across Bangkok – once again proving Sushi Express’ innovative approach of combining local flavours into fresh sushi transient boundaries.

Every thing is $1.50. Every person is given 40mins. Free green tea too. They have abalone, sea urchin and many more. Very reasonable and affortable. Try to believe
I've lived in Japan for 5 years, but by non-Japan standards, and at this price point, it's great! Time limit of 40 minutes per table. Try the seasoned jellyfish! And the salmon too!
Come before the peak, around 5pm and u won't need to queue and they'll serve bigger and thicker slices of salmon sashimi. They get sloppy when they get busy n u may find bones in the fish!

Really good service but sushi is just so-so. Only liked one item - the grilled abalone with cheese.
Rather cheap, but not that authentic sushi. Conveyor belt format means that it is kind of hard to get what you want to eat. Atmosphere is nice. But apparently there is a time limit.
They recently serve sea urchin sushi here. Ask for miso shiru!
Sushi EXPRESS indeed, everything is in such a rush, especially during peak hours
Make sure you sit near the chefs otherwise you will wait so damn Long for a nice one
Variety leaves much to be desired. you only see a fraction of what's available on the belt. Outlet at Citylink mall is alot better if you're looking for quality.
The choices not much sometimes as they seems to lack of staff to prepare the sushi dishes. But u can always see salmon dishes..
Boring, keep circulating similar sushi, however it's reasonable priced at $1.50++ per plate, why not give it a try...
Reasonable quality sushi even though it's 1.50 per plate. Don't try the uni boats. Tasted awful.
One reason why you wouldn't eat here: There is no way to tell wat fish is it without any knowledge of how it looks like. Lol!
Keep an eye out for the elusive golden plate. Just kidding, there isn't any.
